Excellent customer service! My old foul weather jacket had deteriorated over the years. I was reluctant to put a claim in on line, but Cesar (at Helly Hansen customer service) was prompt and very helpful! My brand new Salt jacket is on its way!

After six years of use, the zipper on my fabulous HH parka failed. Although I don't have the receipt, Customer Service told me that the parka was still under warranty and gave me a credit of $220 on a future purchase. Now that's what I call customer-friendly service. Thanks, Helly Hansen!

I purchased a light weight ski jacket to wear as my outer layer in South America early August. Wore the jacket here is Colorado a few times for some spring skiing. Zipper seemed a bit sticky but thought perhaps it would improve with use. The opposite occurred and the zipper would go up but the teeth would misalign and I could not get it unzipped. I sent the customer service team a note as soon as I arrived back in the states, they asked for some pictures did their analysis and responded very quickly with a credit to my HH account. Fantastic is the only thing I can say, looking forward to the shopping of the replacement. Thank you Helly Hanson!

I recently purchased a pair of Ahiga V4 Hydropower sneakers, which unfortunately came unstitched soon after I started using them. The online warrantee process was very quick and my account was credited. From start to finish the process took less than five hours!
I've long trusted HH products, turns out the customer service is quite good too.

Really poor quality. Shirts fray and stitches open up. Strong brand but their manufacturing process and quality selection is terrible. I won't buy the again

I have claimed warranty on a jacket of RSP'€450 due not satisfactory rain protection of part of it. It was purchased online and thus the claim was also made using the service contact on the www site. There was no issue with it and the company provided full credit in a week time.

Bought a packable rain jacket. Performed phenomenally for couple of years. Then the seam lining started coming off and allowed rain in. Second jacket from HH.. Last one I buy. Old warranty was lifetime. New one is garbage.

Had an issue with completing a return. Called customer care team and spoke to agent Emily who was super efficient and friendly. Received new returns label via email straight away and issue resolved with no fuss! Great customer service, thanks...

Online availability is misleading. I ordered a jacket last week. Today I received a mail advising that my order was cancelled. I rang customer services and was advised that all stock of the product is reserved for trade customers!!! HH have an IT issue being worked on this week.

The product continues to show as available for ordering on the website. If I want to see if stock is available before ordering any product, I have to call customer services!!!!

Great rep to deal with… Quality product !… However AFTER my delivery was CONFIRMED and I changed my schedule to be home when the CONFIRMED delivery was to be delivered …. I tracked my order only to find out that the order would NOT be delivered as confirmed.
